Bart BoryczkoPlease consider adding the following features:
- list of detected open ports, and option to add them to monitoring
- include common OID's for SNMP, instead of requiring manual entry. Possibly allow for uploading MIB files. Or allow performing SNMP-Walk on a device with SNMP enabled
- access to web pages on remote network devices, similar to SSH access. Useful for printers, switches and routers
- do not charge extra for network monitoring, it should have been already included in the product from the start. Essential features should be charged for extra. Other RMM tools already do this. -

Bart BoryczkoSorry, typo. I meant to say that "Essential features should NOT be charged for extra."

Mike CampelI agree. The network feature for basic stuff should be free of charge. I should be able to see network devices, and see ping time, for free at least. everything sure charge for that. Kaseya offers Network topology all devices, and does not charge.

Johnny JIn reference to:

And also:
Agreed - the fee is not in line with basic functionality for this type of product.
At minimum - free - create an object of the device (to see in RMM and) to send to PSA/documentation system sync (e.g. IT Glue) ping check, alerts if not responding at all or within ping time limits, give topology, list devices, reports, statistics, type of product, supplier/vendor, model, type, firmware, status, health, warranty check, serial number.
And then, sure charge for the rest but at 50% of off the current Workstation fee...
