Remote Control guest machines

I sometimes find myself in a situation where I need to remote control an employees personal computer in order to help them get access to company related information/systems when they are working from home. There used to be some other remote desktop tools that could be used for this matter but most of them require an additional license. Therefore, being able to direct a user to a guest URL like: "pulseway.yourdomain.com/guest" in order to download a run-once Remote Desktop tool would be helpful. That way we can temporarily connect to them using a one-time-code instead of installing the entire agent.

I'd also like to add:
We deploy many machines remotely, without being able to setup prior. It would be good to be able to convert this temporary client into a permanent installation on machines. Making deployment easier for remote (non-tech) staff.

Any update on when this will be out for our use? This would be phenomenal managing a staff of over 125 users, most of which have been working from home over the last 6 months, due to COVID-19. We also use https://fixme.it/ and Quick Assist if they have Windows 10 devices.

An "Instant Support" solution (without the normal Pulseway client needing to be installed) would be a huge benefit.

A 'TeamViewer QuickSupport' replacement would be fantastic - I'd also like to see an ad-hoc support tool join the endpoint client in some way. Perhaps a technician can trigger a pop-up for all users, or a user can request remote control from a technician and "auto-allow" access for a short period.

- so can follow and guide customer over the phone (thet are really bad on describing what they have clicked or not and where they "are" and so on...)

Any update on this? - according to comment above it was planned for 1st half of 2021.
Just worked with another MSP that uses ConnectWise and with them you just go to https://connect.domainname.com and just run the agent and voila.
