Johnny JIt would also be great if you could logon a specific "customer" account and get that accounts (choose specific) rooms to be able to send out quick messages to the customers.
Were using this for mass responding when major incidents happens (unless it's O365 auth or Teams itself then) where phone / servicedesk / chat is not able to handle the coordination of information.
