Native seamless integration between Pulseway PSA and RMM
All objects in RMM should automatically be provisioned instantly as objects in PSA for that account
Contracts rules of objects should be more native between the system.
All notifications and tickets and similar should be seamless integrated in PSA instead if that product is used and “cleaned” in RMM then.
Users on computers should be added/suggested as “employees/contacts” for that account.
Users on computers should be added/suggested as “owners” of that computer for that account.

WYE TomAlso - include better raising of tickets via the system tray (more detail here, and some great ideas - https://forum.pulseway.com/topic/3667-system-tray/?tab=comments#comment-13565)
Cleaner front end for end users logging into PSA (or ability to fully customise and just show tickets first, not a weird to-do list) -

Kevin Neureuter, Jr.Also we really need to be able to see all asset (hardware and software) information in the PSA and RMM.

Scott FaresYes please, my hardware assets are a mess and I am constantly going into this from time to time to ensure that everything is accurate for my hardware assets for clients. Also, there are most times that the server that requires patches has a ticket that is opened via my company name and not the customers since that is actually their resource. Frustrating that I have to go in and change settings in the ticket to reflect correct customer and details when it should already have the right details for whom owns this hardware asset. The fact that we are using both the RMM and PSA, it should be more integrated.
