Show open chat sessions in webGUI outside of the system blade

Hi there!

I use the chat frequently to communicate with our users (via Systems -> System X -> Chat) but sometimes they don't respond right away. In those cases, it would be useful to keep the chat session open/available "on top" of the webGUI so I can search for other systems, run scripts, read reports etc and be notified no matter which window is open when they respond. Very much like the Feedback-button at the lower left where we can get in contact with Pulseway representatives.
