Add GPU Monitoring

Allow us to monitor how much a user's GPU is being used up. This is great for if we we're running a long process that uses the GPU rather than the CPU (such as a simulation or animation render) and we needed to occasionally check on it remotely to see if the task is done, still working, or crashed.

We also have a huge need for monitoring, so it will very useful
