Remote control - View multiple monitors at once

It is very annoying and time consuming to have to constantly switch between witch monitor you are viewing. It would nice to be able to pop up a monitor as another window.

This would be an incredibly helpful feature. The vast majority of systems I admin have 2 or 3 monitors, and the monitor switching is slow and clunky, especially when UAC focuses on a different screen, etc. It's probably my biggest issue with Pulseway's Remote desktop.

Another incredibly helpful feature would be the ability to set a resolution. Many times I end up connecting to a headless system and the screen is small. Othertimes I connect to systems with a larger monitor, and it fills my screen. I'd love it if we could select the screen resolution after we've connected. Or set a default resolution within the Pulseway Remote Control.

I completely agree with this, I can't believe it still isn't available yet. We went from using UltraVNC to Pulseway about 6 months ago and the remote control is sub-par in my opinion. The screen refresh is very slow even on our 200 Mbps fiber connection and the monitor switching can take 10 seconds to change. I find myself asking users to move windows all over their 3 screens as it is faster.

Thank you for finally enabling remote desktop from a Mac. Can we have it where we switch monitors. Most of my clients have 2 monitors on their computers, and I cannot switch monitors at all (not even a feature).

Also, completely agree. Most remote access software nowadays has the ability to see all monitors at once. Super helpful to not have to constantly toggle the monitor you're on.

Yes!, this is a must have!, all of our employees have at least 2 monitors and they all have laptops so, some of them are using 3, it is painful to hit the right screen and then go back to another one because some software/window/message/etc is in a different window. The timeframe for solving issues increments without this.

Hello and yes strongly would love to see this feature implemented - LogMeIn and GoToMyPC have had multiple monitors simultaneously for many years. Please help us all with this feature. Thanks!

Yes this would be very helpful. I previously have used TeamViewer and the ability to select all or just one monitor for remote support saves valuable time.

The remote control needs a lot of work honestly, it's not great. Rather use TeamViewer and that's saying something

Yes, please. This would be a helpful feature. I have 4 screens at the office and every time I remote in from home or from the mobile app, I have to click on each screen to see where the desired window opened up. I literally click on all 4 screens until I find the correct one.

The pulseway remote control needs some work. One of the things that would make it better would be the ability to view multiple monitors at once. We are currently not able to remote control Mac systems at the moment and have had a ticket opened about this since June 2021 if not longer without resolution from support that this is possible. We have to screen share with those clients via Microsoft Teams in order to work on our clients Mac. We have our RMM on the mac but cannot remote control which is infuriating. Switching users is also a pain. So if I need to switch a user on the machine I am remote controlled into, I have to close that session and reopen it again so I can login with the other account detail or login so that is not optimal as well. The switching between monitors is not fun and has lots of lag.

Yes, please! End user support would be so much more efficient!

By the way if there is only one user session on the device, please connect directly instead of opening the user session selection.

After implementing in 9.2 I'd say when in all monitor view I love stretching it across my displays this mirrors how the monitors are reflected making it easy and seamless to work with! This is mmmm mmm mmmm

Can the implementation be two separate windows?
Making it smaller to fit in one window doesn't help, as I rather switch between screens.

This should not be marked as "Done" unless it is coming in an upcoming release in my opinion. The ability to pop-out remote screens to view at minimum a 2-screen setup on your two monitors independently is a must for any RMM.
