As we have moved from Slack to MS Teams, we do not a similar integration.

Johnny JIt would also be great if you could logon a specific "customer" account and get that accounts (choose specific) groups/channels/ to be able to send out quick messages to the customers.
Were using this for mass responding when major incidents happens (unless it's O365 auth or Teams itself then) where phone / servicedesk / chat is not able to handle the coordination of information. -

CharlesI see that this was planned for Q1 2021. It is now Q2 2023, and I still do not see this. Any update?

Charles StoneI guess we missed Q1 2021, how is this integration going? My team also moved entirely onto M365 and would prefer we could drop our Slack entirely.
