User search functionality... where is someone logged on?

Hello-
my enhancement request would be to add "users" to the search feature.
Example - someone enters a helpdesk ticket and needs remote support. How do we find which computer they are on? It could be their laptop - and they are remote, or it could be on a conference room PC. Using the search field would be ideal for this. the user is available under the machine/users section.
