PSA: Allow Fields in All Sections of Email Templates

Please allow fields to be used in all of the email template sections....not just the Content section.
eg. [%Prim Tech First Name%] in the Email Display Name box.
This would allow us to easily show the customer who is working on their ticket. Or who has responded to their email etc.
