Mass Deployment Features for Mac Computers

It would be great if we were able to create custom installers for mass deployment for non-Windows computers. Custom agent installer is crucial for me in managing multiple customers, and enrolling Windows computers has been very straightforward, but currently there isn't such an option for Mac or Linux installers. Would it be possible to add such a feature?

As an extension to above, would it be possible to also automatically check and request all of the necessary permissions after running the agent for the first time? I wouldn't mind doing it myself but with the current situation, it's a bit difficult to have physical access to customer computers, and it's even more difficult to navigate them through the granting permissions process, as most of them are not very experienced with computers.
