Network Monitoring: Autoscan and auto-configure device

When adopting a network device do an auto scan of the device and auto-configure* it based on the services that is found on the device and the current available functionality of the network
* there are of course different considerations to have in mind and so o
- Based on type and vendor of the device
- Based on central credentials vault
- other pre-configured policies
