Reference script from another script (script library of functions)

Often when performing script actions its beneficial to be able to include other scripts or information from other scripts so functionality can be shared between script. This could also be called a script library of functionality.
So when the need for updating a function occurs - there is - in general no need to find all standalone script with that function and update those, just update the functionality script.
