Add Remote Control Logging/Reports that show Duration by User
1- In that reports, have starting time it dosen't have the ending time. If it exist we can calculate how much time will work.
2- It dosen't have comment field. It is better when finishing the "Pulseway remote Control" a windows appear and write some comment on it. Then in "Audit logs" report will have this field too.
We are help desk company and this option exists on the Teamviewer. At the end of month, we can report of Teamviewer who remote to which clients and how long will solve it and what to do?

Frank StickneyTotally agree: Pulseway should make the duration of remote support in audit logs very easy to access, and even automate reports! Whether you're a one-person IT shop like me or you have many employees, knowing the duration of time support was actively provided is crucial for billing. And honestly it shouldn't be limited to the remote support connection: any and all activities being done on a particular client or group that are in any way "manual" rather than automated on a schedule should be grouped together, by machine, by client... I have a virtual assistant help me with billing, and sometimes I make mistakes with my time tracking tools as to when I stopped providing support. Being able to have someone view a log of activity that shows clearly I was doing work for a client for a block of time or tally up a day's worth of "manual" work would help me justify continuing to use Pulseway.
