Better organization options for Tasks and Scripts

I am sure this has been requested but I couldn't find it.
Please provide some way of better organizing Tasks and Scripts. Tasks needs a subfolder option, like Scripts, and both need the option of moving an item to a subfolder, NOT recreating the task or script!
It's crazy that tasks can't be organized any other way than prepending an item with a "000" or alpha character that sorts the way the list currently does. And having to rewrite a script just to put it in a subsection? Ridiculous.
Drag and drop would be phenomenal, but I will settle for a dropdown option in either mechanism that allows a user to choose where a task or script needs to go in those respective lists.
