Network Monitoring: Backup of device configuration

Implement automatic backup (and possible encryption if device support it from CLI) through CLI to save

Automatic backup based on schedule
Should be configurable on global (regardless of organization, but store and secure organization-wise), organization, site, group, device level per type of device
Option of enabling encryption or not
User interface to auto backup or restore from list of backups
Auto-detect and auto-configure correct settings for well-known vendors and models e.g. Fortinet Fortigate 60F, HP Aruba 2530 and so on (should be possible to edit/adjust)
Auto-detect and suggest auto-configure that can be modified for not well-known devices
Template system to define unknown/not well-know devices to make them "well-known"
