Customize Login Page

It would be nice to be able to customize the login page for the web app. Initially, just being able to hide the tips and change the background logo to a color (or other image) would allow us to style things to match existing sites and branding. Ultimately, it would be ideal to be able to apply a set of custom styles to the login page and form to take that one step further.
