Execution of a script based on an event in the event log

For example: The event "Server needs to be restarted" appears in the application log during the day. I need to run a script to restart the server, but only at the end of the day, ie at 11:59 p.m.

This can be done with Workflows now in conjunction with event log notifications in policies.
