Ability to query and change custom fields via API

Having the ability to query and change custom field values via the API would be extremely helpful for those of us integrating with a internal systems. While being able to create new custom fields via API would be nice, just being able to query and change existing ones on a per system basis would be a huge help!

Yes! and be able to use custom fields in email subjects for tasks/patch management reports.
