Reporting Module: Licenses (and Billing) reporting

We need to be able to report on licensing (and billing) per license/product and usage
Assigned licenses/product per Organization, Site, Group, System and it's amount* and usage**
* how many of e.g. RMM Server, Workstation, 3rd, Party patch mmgmt, Cloud Backup Server (packages), Workstation, Network device, 3rd party "antivirus" licenses, and amount of installed on systems, accounts assigned per system per group, site, organization, and total per those and global
** usage of, (Cloud Backup Server, storage usage per system per group, site, organization, and total per those and global)
