Agreed. Being able to easily receive notifications via desktop app or browser (especially when someone requests Support through the tray icon) would be hugely beneficial.

It would be great to utilize the Pulseway systray app to send branded notifications to the logged in users.

Second this. Persistent pop-up notifications are a must for things like chat replies, system online/offline and install/uninstall completion. It's webpage notifications or it's a webclient-mimicking-desktop app!
