Monitor for Regkey changes

Monitor when a specific regkey is changed and send a notification.

This could then be utilized in many ways such as regkey monitoring to trigger a workflow.

Use case:
Some applications only change specific regkeys when there is an issue or license expired or license count change. This would give monitoring capabilities in these scenarios.

Another use case is that we could monitor for Pulseway maintenance mode and trigger an email which goes out when alerts are silenced via maint mode for auditing purposes.
This in turn could allow for various new use cases and expand the usability of the software further.
