Generate reports as .xlsx to preserve non-latin letters

The date values on the Asset report seem to be dependent on the users' language of choice on Windows. This means that when exporting as a .csv file, non-Latin letters will appear as a "?" making the report unusable. It would be good if we can have the option to save the report as an .xlsx file.
