Dashboard Just Group no systems

I would like to see a way to look at the forests instead of the trees. I would like to see when a group is down. I would like to pick the groups I want to watch then when a group is down mark it red. For extra points for making it red at over 80% down and green at less than 20% down. (Make the threshold numbers configurable).
