All customized search by make and / model of asset

I sometimes need to get a list of all the computers or laptops in our organization that are a specific make or model (for example, Dell Latitude 5404). There is no easy way to do this currently - all I can do is run a complete asset report, save as .xlsx and filter for the model I am looking for.
