Patch Management - Comments on rules

I think it would be useful if we could add a comment to each rule being added in the Patch Management -> Global Rules section with information about why it was either forcefully installed or excluded from installation.

For example:
I have added "KB5003637" as an exclusion so it won't be installed in our environment. But I will have to search for that specific KB-patch further down the road and try to figure out why it was blocked. A simple comment section in the Pulseway webGUI where I can type something like "Excluded because it caused some printer drivers to break" would be very helpful,

Agreed. And, extending the reasoning beyond what's already mentioned... compliance requirements. Being able to say "Policy XYZ is required to comply with NIST/HIPAA/FEDRAMP/SOC rule ABC." I realize that notes are notes, you can put in them whatever you want. But, the justification for a feature inclusion may get more attention if it's tied to the ability to maintain adherence with compliance requirements.
