Transfer files to endpoints without having to fully take control

If i need to just transfer a file, i need to take full control and interrupt the user work, it would be great to have the possibility to transfer files without the need to take full control of the endpoint to do it, but i'm also worried about the security implications of it, maybe it could be done using an extra MFA validation for it?

This is one of the things why we are considering a different product. We need to be able to copy files to and from endpoints.
