"silent" remote control so as not to interrupt users

It would be nice to be able to remote into a client's computer in a private session to perform maintenance or troubleshooting without disturbing them while they work.

Agreed. This would be similar to the "Back Stage" option offered in ConnectWise Control/ScreenConnect. I use this kind of functionality at least a couple times a week with ScreenConnect.
