Monitor Services through Portal

The Pulseway should be capable of reporting back to the portal what services are running, and from there, allow us to configure the monitoring of those services. It's quite a pain to still have to log into a remote machine to open the Pulseway app and configure which services get monitored through that instead of through our central web portal.
