Network uptime report

We would like a report that gives us total network uptime within a set period. This is the actual time a device is talking to the cloud "pulseway"
Our customer wants to know not just device uptime but router uptime. So when devices go offline in pulseway we want that to show on a report. Similar to uptime report.
