Uninstall Appllications

Remove all applications from the pulseway portal, currently we can only do it for selected applications.

I am sure part of the issue is that not all applications provide an uninstall registry entry and this is likely related to which applications can be uninstalled via applications page. But there are other generic methods of uninstalling applications that can be used.

A nice addition would be to add a small banner stating that this particular application cannot be uninstalled via conventional means. This will indicate that the application probably needs direct intervention to uninstall. Looking at McAfee and Norton...
