Client Portal Suggestions
- Allow tickets to be created through Client Portal.
- Allow tickets to be created from conversations - currently it's like having tickets in two places.
- Allow users to type custom responses through "Ask a question" troubleshooter.
- Allow more customization options for the "Show a message" option. Pictures, hyperlinks, text effects etc.

Hafizulalso when we want to add end user account under Client Portal, please give option for user to upload csv format if they have a lot of user instead key in 1 by 1.
