Remote control identification

There has to be a better way to identify the user of a PC for remote control so when a user calls for support we dont have to go searching for the PC name.

Agreed. I've spoken to Pulseway about adding features to the Tray Icon. I believe one such feature should be a "System Info" menu option when clicking the tray icon that when selected, will give them some very specific info about the system they are on. Computer Name, Logged in Username, OS, etc. Some basic stuff that greatly helps when they call in for support.
