Network Monitoring: Adopt for ping

Allow for adopting network device for "ping", "traceroute" and "pathping" (and similar for all platforms Windows, Linux/raspberry (x86/x64/arm) and macOS (x64/arm) checks (free of charge) with history, ms, latency.
